The conference centre itself is wheelchair accessible and we have also arranged for a LOOP system for those with hearing issues.

FAQs
Do you have a sponsored ticket or student ticket price?
We have tried our best to keep the costs low so that the event can be as accessible to as many people as possible. Please contact us (bottom of the event page) to apply if you are in need of a partially sponsored ticket. We will review sponsor tickets on a case by case basis, as they become available through donations.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The conference centre has it's own free parking and is within walking distance of the light rail transit system.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
At the very bottom of the home page you'll find a contact button which allows you to get in touch.
Will there be childcare available?
Unfortunately not, we did try but the cost of a room at the venue along with registered child care workers was outside of our budget. Please message us for a discount code to cover a little of your own childcare costs.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds after April 12th will be subject to cancellation fees. No refunds will be available 10 days prior to event as catering costs and speakers costs will have already been realized, however a ticket transfer to another person is available as an option
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you have a Saturday Panel ticket please bring a copy of your printed ticket with you. For other ticket types it's preferrable, but not required. We will have an up-to-date list of attendees at registration.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?
The Saturday Panel Only tickets can be used by anyone as long as you bring a printed copy. Other types of tickets: Yes, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a different ticket type before May 4th* (Saturday to Sunday as an example), to a different person, or use it to sponsor a ticket for someone else. Please let us know if you require this option, as name badges are made up for each attendee.
*Switching from one single day to the other will not be available 7 days out from the event, due to catering numbers being finalized already.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
You may find yourself in the position to buy a few tickets to hand out among your friends, or family. As long as we know in advance of the event this is no issue, as we make up name badges. Just let us know using the contact button at the bottom of the Home page.
